Shipping Policy
Orders processing:Monday — Saturday. (Orders placed on Sunday would be processed next Monday.)
Shipping cost is based on your order's price, your destination and shipping method. Usually the shipping charge is 12-15 USD (according to your address) for each package. Free shipping for order over 120 USD.
We will get you noticed if there is any question about your order. Please pay attention to your email.
All size backdrops are seamless and will be sent by folded.
Usually, your itmes will be shipped via DHL or UPS. (5-7 business days, no more than 2 weeks) If you want a different method, please leave your requirements in the comment or email us.
Note:
- The total time frame includes the production time and the shipping time;
- Please fill in the street address in detail, otherwise, we would have to use EMS for delivery (slower than others);
- You need to be clear about the import duty of your country.

Note: - Most of our items need production time. But if you are in a rush, please contact us. We have some products stored in warehouses in the USA and we will arrange the nearest warehouse to ship for you.
